Privacy & Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate traffic, page views, contest action measurement, heatmaps and aggregate error analysis. Where analytics consent is not required, analytics storage is enabled automatically and both services may use analytics cookies. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, both services start with analytics storage denied and cookieless measurement; visitors may allow or reject analytics cookies. If the visitor's region cannot be determined, analytics storage remains denied. When analytics storage is enabled, Google may use a pseudonymous browser identifier. The services may process interaction, browser, device, page, campaign and public contest data, plus diagnostic and masked DOM-playback data, including through international processing; Clarity's standard playback-data retention is 30 days. We do not intentionally send application data, contacts, free text, or child or family identifiers. We use Clarity only for aggregate dashboards, heatmaps, event counts, funnels and error filters; we do not view, favourite, label, share or export individual session recordings. In consent-required regions, consent can be withdrawn through the persistent Analytics settings control; applicable Google Analytics and Clarity cookies are then removed and analytics storage returns to denied. Analytics covers the localized home, contest detail, Jury, and Privacy & Analytics pages.
