  • To participate, contestants must complete a Google Form application by and including 25 October 2026.
  • The one-time entry fee for a soloist is UAH 1,300 for 1 composition and UAH 1,900 for 2 compositions.
  • The one-time entry fee for a duet participant is UAH 800 per person for 1 composition and UAH 1,300 per person for 2 compositions.
  • The one-time entry fee for a trio participant is UAH 700 per person for 1 composition and UAH 1,100 per person for 2 compositions.
  • The one-time entry fee for members of instrumental ensembles with 4 or more participants is UAH 500 per person for 1 composition and UAH 700 per person for 2 compositions.
  • The one-time entry fee is not refunded in case of withdrawal or non-attendance.

What should participants perform?

  • The competition is instrumental, not multi-genre.
  • Instrument categories: folk instruments (bandura, accordion, guitar, and others); percussion instruments (drum kit—soloists only); keyboard instruments (piano or digital piano); string instruments (bowed strings).
  • The participant chooses the competition work freely, and it must correspond to the age category. Works by Russian authors are not accepted for participation.
  • The work is performed live, from memory, without a phonogram, to a backing track, or with an accompanist; the phonogram must not contain a part performed partly or wholly by the contestant. The competition performance may last up to 7 minutes.

How are performances judged?

  • Evaluation criteria cover performance mastery, artistic level and musical expression, stage culture and artistry, and technical features for certain instruments.
